数字普惠金融、创业活力与共同富裕

Digital Inclusive finance,Entrepreneurial Vitality and Common Prosperity

共同富裕是中国式现代化的重要特征,推动数字普惠金融发展是实现共同富裕的重要途经。本文基于2013年至2020年的省级面板数据,实证分析数字普惠金融对共同富裕的影响及创业活力的传导效应。研究结果表明:①数字普惠金融能够显著提升地区共同富裕水平;②为进一步明确二者间的关系,将共同富裕细分至发展性、共享性、可持续性三个维度,发现数字普惠金融对可持续性的促进作用更明显;③创业活力在数字普惠金融推动共同富裕的过程中存在显著的传导作用;④分维度进行传导效应检验发现,创业活力对可持续性的传导作用更明显;⑤分区域进行传导效应检验发现,创业活力在西部地区发挥的传导作用更明显。

Common prosperity is an important feature of Chinese path to modernization,and promoting the development of digital inclusive finance is an important way to achieve common prosperity.Based on the provincial panel data from 2013 to 2020,this paper empirically analyzes the impact of digital inclusive finance on common prosperity and the intermediary effect of entrepreneurial vitality.The research results show the following:(1)Digital inclusive finance can significantly improve the level of common prosperity in the region;(2)In order to further clarify the relationship between the two,common prosperity is generally subdivided from three dimensions:development,sharing and sustainability.It is found that the promotion of digital inclusive finance on sustainability is more obvious;(3)Entrepreneurship vitality has a significant intermediary effect in the process of digital inclusive finance promoting common prosperity;(4)The mechanism test by dimension shows that entrepreneurial vitality has more obvious intermediary effect on sustainability;(5)With sub-regional mechanism test,it is found that entrepreneurial vitality play a more obvious intermediary effect in the western region.
