干燥器法测定木家具中有害物质限量(甲醛)不确定度评定

摘要 立足于干燥器法检测木家具中有害物质限量(甲醛)试验过程,确定显著影响试验结果各个测量步骤,系统地分析检测过程中不确定度来源,确定了测量结果不确定度,提高测量结果置信度和准确性。试验表明:试验条件下干燥器法测定木家具中有害物质限量(甲醛)测量结果的相对扩展不确定度为:0.03 mg/L(k=2)。 This paper is mainly based on the drier method to detect harmful substances in wood furniture limit(formaldehyde)test process,significantly affect the experimental results of the various measurement steps,systematic analysis of the sources of uncertainty in the detection process,the uncertainty of measurement results was determined to improve the confidence and accuracy of measurement results.The experimental results showed that the relative expanded uncertainty of the measurement result of the limit of harmful substances(formaldehyde)in wood furniture by dryer method was 0.03 mg/L(k=2).
