目前国内木材市场供给和需求的差距较大,每年需要大量木材进口的现状没有得到根本改善,近年来我国木材对外依存度超过50%,国内木材供需矛盾日益凸显。我国木材产量地理分布不均匀,东南地区为木材和竹材产量的主要分布区,广西和广东两省区木材年产量超过国内总产量一半以上。利用银行政策贷款和引导社会资本建设国家储备林,大力发展国家碳汇资源储备和木材资源储备林建设工程,是缓解我国木材供需矛盾和实现木材市场自给自足重要手段之一。

At present,there is a large gap between supply and demand in the domestic wood market,and the current situation of requiring a large number of wood imports has not been fundamentally improved.In recent years,China's external dependence on wood has exceeded 50%,and the domestic wood supply and demand market is in an unbalanced and unstable state.The geographical distribution of wood production is extremely uneven in China,and southeast China is the main distribution area of wood and bamboo production.The annual wood production of Guangxi and Guangdong provinces is more than half of the total domestic production.Utilizing bank policy loans and guiding social capital to build national reserve forests,vigorously developing national carbon sink resource reserves and wood resource reserve forest construction projects are important means to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of wood in China and achieve self-sufficiency in wood market.
