摘要 发挥人工智能优势,赋能网络教育高质量发展,构建智慧网络教育新生态系统,实现网络教育转段升级,是当前网络教育的目标追求。人工智能给网络教育赋能,价值逻辑在于人工智能自身的技术优势及其与网络教育契合;目标逻辑在于构建“人工智能+网络教育”数字化新生态;实践逻辑在于以智能技术创新驱动网络教育高质量发展。人工智能作用于网络教育的机理在于智能技术创建智慧环境和优质资源,实现智能管理,助力个性化学习和科学评价。应着力推进人工智能与网络教育深度融合,构建基于人工智能关键技术的智能化综合业务平台,打造智慧网络教育生态系统,实现人工智能在网络教育教、学、管、评等方面的核心价值。 Giving full play to the advantages of artificial intelligence,empowering the high-quality development of online education,building a new ecosystem of intelligent online education,and realizing the transformation and upgrading of online education are the goals of current online education.Artificial intelligence empowers online education.The value logic lies in its own technical advantages of artificial intelligence and its fit with online education;the goal logic is to build a new digital ecology of“artificial intelligence+online education”;the practical logic is to drive the high-quality development of online education with intelligent technology innovation.The mechanism of artificial intelligence acting on online education is that intelligent technology creates intelligent environment and high-quality resources,realizes intelligent management,and helps personalized learning and scientific evaluation.It is necessary to focus on promoting the deep integration of artificial intelligence and online education,build an intelligent comprehensive platform based on the key technologies of artificial intelligence,create an intelligent online education ecosystem,and realize the core value of artificial intelligence in teaching,learning,management and evaluation of online education.
