人工智能赋能职业本科教育:价值旨归、适切逻辑与模式建构 被引量:2

摘要 人工智能赋能职业本科教育表征为新发展格局下产教融合的适应性、技术知识的跨学科跃升、人才需求层次的高端化和复合化、培养和评价体系的智慧化和多元化,价值旨归于增强职业教育适应性的应然之需、职业岗位极化演进的必然、职业教育体系现代化的演进趋势、人才培养和评价模式的改革方向,适切于产业技术升级,具有跨界融合的统一性、知识技术的高契合度、多元联动创新的协同性和“新工匠精神”的后现代性,催动人才培养和评价智慧化变革。基于产业智能化场域与教育智慧化场域共轭耦合,将人工智能融入专业建设、课程建设、师资队伍建设、教育教学和评价,建构人工智能赋能的人才培养模式和增值评价模式。 Artificial intelligence empowering vocational undergraduate education is characterized by the adaptability of production-education integration under the new development pattern,the interdisciplinary leap of technical knowledge,the high-end and compound of talent demand level,the wisdom and diversification of training and evaluation systems,and the purpose of value is due to the necessity of enhancing the adaptability of vocational education,the inevitability of the polarized evolution of professional positions,the evolution trend of the modernization of vocational education system,and the reform direction of talent training and evaluation mode,which is suitable for industrial technology upgrading with the unity of cross-border integration,the high fit of knowledge and technology,the synergy of multiple linkage innovation and the post-modernity of the“new craftsman spirit”to promote the intelligent reform of talent cultivation and evaluation.Based on the conjugate coupling between industrial intelligence field and educational intelligence field,artificial intelligence is integrated into professional construction,curriculum construction,teaching staff construction,education and evaluation,and the talent training mode and value-added evaluation mode empowered by artificial intelligence are constructed.
