高职院校“三全育人”:重要特征、制度依托及实现路径 被引量:5

摘要 “全员育人、全程育人、全方位育人”的“三全育人”理念对推动中国现代职业教育高质量发展具有重要的引领作用。从其重要特征来看,培养高素质技术技能人才是高职院校“三全育人”的出发点和落脚点,体现出高职院校找准人才培养定位和发展目标、提高政治站位和责任担当、实现育人与育才统一的鲜明特征。从制度依托来看,顶层设计为全员开展“三全育人”供给制度,育人引擎为全面参与“三全育人”供给动力,科学评价为全盘评价“三全育人”供给方案。从实现路径来看,不断深化“三全育人”综合改革,创新形成“上下同步、内外协同、点面结合、空间联结”工作法,提升高职院校“三全育人”水平和成效。 The concept of“Three-wide Education”of“all staff education,whole process education and all-round education”plays an important leading role in promoting the high-quality development of modern vocational education in China.From the perspective of important characteristics,the training of high-quality technical and skilled talents,as the starting point and foothold of“Three-wide Education”in higher vocational colleges,reflects the distinctive characteristics of higher vocational colleges in identifying the orien tation and development goals of talent training,improving political position and responsibility,and realizing the unity of education and talent cultivation.From the perspective of system support,the top-level design is to carry out the supply system of“Three-wide Education”for all staff,the education engine is to provide power for full participation in“Three-wide Education”,and the scientific evaluation is to comprehensively evaluate supply plan of“Three-wide education”.From the perspective of realization path,it is necessary to continue to deepen the comprehensive reform of“Three-wide Education”,innovate and form the working method of“upper and lower synchronization,internal and external coordination,point-surface combination and spatial connection”,and improve the level and effectiveness of“Three-wide Education”in higher vocational colleges.
