一种苄基多糖类化合物的荧光性能研究

摘要 对龙胆科喉毛花属植物长梗喉毛花全草中提取的苄基木糖葡萄糖苷的荧光性能进行了分析.该结构经波谱分析和文献对照确定为苄基木糖葡萄糖苷.通过研究该化合物在不同pH条件下和不同溶剂环境中荧光强度的改变.得到了以下光谱性能结果.此苄基糖苷在乙醇∶水(体积比,2∶8)溶液中的最大激发波长位于210 nm,最大发射波长位于278 nm.在不同的pH条件下,此苄基木糖葡萄糖苷对pH变化的响应并不明显,荧光强度几乎不发生改变,表明化合物在不同的pH范围内荧光强度保持稳定,不同溶剂荧光测试结果表明,化合物在乙醇中的荧光响应最稳定,考虑到对生物细胞成像、食品科学和医学等研究领域的应用,具有潜在的价值. ing from Comastoma pedunculatum[Royle ex D.Don]Holub.The structure was identified as benzylxyloseglucoside by spectroscopic analysis and reported literature.Studying the change of fluorescence intensity of the compound in different pH conditions and solvent environments,the following results were obtained.In Ethanol ∶Water=2 ∶8 solution,ex max=210 nm and em max=278 nm.In the different pH conditions,the response of it to pH was not obvious.And the fluorescence intensity almost didn't change,indicating that the fluorescence intensity of the compound remained stable in different pH ranges.The results of different solvents showed that the fluorescence response of it was the most stable in ethanol.Considering the application of biological cell imaging,food science and medicine,it could be potentially valuable.
