清原马鹿发情鉴定及其对输精效率的影响

Estrus Identification of Qingyuan Wapiti and Its Effects on Sperm Delivery Efficiency

通过观察清原马鹿发情时的表现,并建立动物模型,通过比较多种发情鉴定方法来确定最佳人工输精时间。通过比较不同发情鉴定方法受胎率的差异,筛选出受胎率最高的发情鉴定方法。结果表明:母鹿拒绝公鹿爬跨后2 h为最佳输精时间;CIDR+PMSG+A_(3)同期发情方法的受胎率高达91.7%,是最适合清原马鹿人工输精的发情鉴定方法。

The performance of Qingyuan Wapiti was observed during estrus,animal models were established.Through comparing a variety of estrus identification methods,the optimum time point of artificial insemination was confirmed.By comparing the difference of conception rate under different estrus identification methods,the estrus identification method with the highest conception rate was screened out.The results showed that the optimum insemination time was 2 hours after the female deer refused to fuck with the male deer.The conception rate of CIDR+PMSG+A_(3) synchronized estrus reached 91.7%,CIDR+PMSG+A_(3) synchronized estrus method was the most suitable estrous identification method for Qingyuan Wapiti before artificial insemination.
