摘要
[目的]探索3种槭属种子最佳处理方法。[方法]以五小叶槭、庙台槭、秦岭槭种子为试验材料,研究不同种子处理方法、低温层积处理时间对种子发芽率及发芽势的影响。[结果]五小叶槭种子最佳处理方法是低温层积210 d,种子的发芽率为36%,发芽势36%;庙台槭种子最佳处理方法为低温层积240 d,种子的发芽率为33%,发芽势为30%;秦岭槭种子最佳处理方法是低温层积240 d,种子的发芽率为27%,发芽势为25%。[结论]210 d以上的低温层积能够促进3种槭属植物种子萌发。
[Objective]To explore the best germination conditions for three kinds of Acer seeds.[Method]The effects of different treatment and different low temperature stratification time on seed germination of 3 species Acers were studied using standard germination rate and germination potentials measurement method.[Result]The results showed that the best method of Acer pentaphyllum treatment was low temperature stratification for 210 days,seed germination rate and germination potentials was 36%;the best method of Acer miaotaiense treatment was low temperature stratification for 240 days,seed germination rate and germination potentials was 33%,30%;the best method of Acer tsinglingense treatment was low temperature stratification for 240 days,seed germination rate and germination potentials was 27%,25%.[Conclusion]Low temperature stratification over 210 days promoted seed germination of three Acer species.
