镰形棘豆的种子萌发特性研究

Study on Germination Characteristics of Oxytropis falcata Seeds

[目的]研究镰形棘豆种子萌发特性,提高镰形棘豆种子发芽率。[方法]对镰形棘豆种子进行形态特征鉴定,并测定净度、百粒重、生活力、吸水率、发芽率等指标,比较不同处理方法和浓硫酸浸泡时间对镰形棘豆种子萌发的影响。[结果]镰形棘豆种子净度为93.2%,百粒重为0.3399 g,生活力为80%,浓硫酸浸泡种子的发芽率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),其中浸泡8 min的种子发芽率高达93.33%。[结论]镰形棘豆种子有硬实现象,用浓硫酸浸泡8 min可有效破除其硬实现象,提高种子发芽率。

[Objective]To study the germination characteristics of Oxytropis falcata seeds and improve the germination rate of Oxytropis falcata seeds.[Method]The morphological characteristics of Oxytropis falcata seeds were identified,and the clarity,100-grain weight,vitality,water absorption,germination rate and other indexes were determined,and the effects of different treatment methods and soaking time in concentrated sulfuric acid on the germination of Oxytropis falcata seeds were compared.[Result]The clarity of the Oxytropis falcata seeds was 93.2%,the weight of 100 seeds was 0.3399 g,the viability was 80%,and the germination rate of concentrated sulfuric acid soaked seeds was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),among which the germination rate of 8 min concentrated sulfuric acid-soaked seeds was as high as 93.33%.[Conclusion]The seeds of Oxytropis falcata have a hard image,and soaking with concentrated sulfuric acid for 8 min can effectively break the hard realization image and improve the germination rate of seeds.
