乡村振兴战略背景下我国农村水环境污染防治对策研究

Research on the Prevention and Control Measures of Chinese Rural Water Environmental Pollution under the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy

随着乡村振兴战略的实施,我国农村经济发展速度明显加快,但是水环境污染问题却日益凸显,已逐渐成为乡村振兴战略实施过程中的重要挑战。指出了乡村振兴战略对我国农村水环境污染防治的要求,综述了农村水环境污染主要污染源,分析了乡村振兴战略背景下我国农村水环境污染防治面临的困境,并从完善农村水环境污染防治立法工作、加大农村水环境污染防治监管力度、提高农村水环境污染防治工作的公众参与度、加大对农村水环境污染防治资源的投入4个方面提出了针对性对策,以期为今后农村水环境污染防治工作和乡村振兴战略的顺利实施提供参考。

With the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the speed of rural economic development is obviously accelerated,but the problem of water environmental pollution is increasingly prominent,and has gradually become an important challenge in the implementation process of rural revitalization strategy.This paper points out the requirements of rural vitalization strategy for the prevention and control of rural water environment pollution,summarizes the main sources of rural water environment pollution,and analyzes the difficulties facing the prevention and control of rural water environment pollution under the background of rural vitalization strategy.And put forward targeted countermeasures from four aspects:Perfecting legislation of rural water pollution prevention and control,strengthening supervision of rural water pollution prevention and control,increasing public participation in rural water pollution prevention and control,and increasing investment in rural water pollution prevention and control resources,in order to provide reference for the future rural water environmental pollution prevention and control work and the smooth implementation of rural revitalization strategy.
