习近平生态文明思想的法治原则将生态文明建设纳入法治轨道,体现出三大功能。从认识论的视角分析,体现出对民生观、生态观、发展观的理念整合功能;从方法论的视角分析,体现出对立法环节、执法环节、司法环节、守法环节的制度保障功能;从实践论的视角分析,体现出对制度完善及规范制定的技术支撑功能。这三大功能有助于破除惯性思维,实现绿色发展。

Eco-civilization construction has been brought into the rule of law of Xi Jinping thought on eco-civilization,which embodies three functions.From the perspective of epistemology,it embodies the conceptual integration function of people′s livelihood view,ecological view and development view.From the perspective of methodology,it embodies the system guarantee function of legislation,law enforcement,justice administration,and law abiding.From the perspective of practice,it embodies the technical support function for system improvement and norm formulation.These three functions are helpful to break the inertia thinking and achieve green development.
