摘要
教学督导是教学质量管理与保障的重要内容及措施,对教学质量提高具有重要作用。如果说“教学质量是学校的生命线”,那教学督导就是“体验师”“主治医”和“保健医”;如果说提高教学质量是个缓慢的“上水平”过程,那教学督导就是撬动教学质量稳步提高的有效“杠杆”;如果说提高人才培养质量需要更多的能量,那教学督导评价部门就是教师的“加油站”与“赋能中心”。打铁还需自身硬,人数能够满足需要的高水平的校级专职教学督导队伍是充分发挥教学质量保障作用的关键。
Teaching supervision is an important content and measure of teaching quality management and guarantee,and it plays an important role in improving teaching quality.It is said that“teaching quality is the lifeline of the school”,and teaching supervision is the“experience division”“attending physician”“medical examiner”and“health care doctor”;To improve teaching quality is a slow process of“leveling up”,so teaching supervision is an effective“lever”to improve teaching quality steadily;If improving the quality of talent cultivation requires more energy,the department of teaching supervision and evaluation is the“refueling station”and“empowerment center”for teachers.It takes a good blacksmith to make steel.It is the key to give full play to the role of teaching quality assurance that a team of high-level full-time teaching supervisors at school level can meet the needs with sufficient numbers.
