以推进“岗课赛证”融通引领构建高职课程体系

Promoting the Integration of“Post,Course,Competition,Certificate”to Lead the Construction of Higher Vocational Curriculum System

高职院校为适应职业教育发展阶段的现实要求,必须要积极推进“岗课赛证”融通,并且还要坚持社会主义办学方向,实现特色发展,为学生成才提供更好的服务。而传统职业教育的核心课程基本都知识陈旧、技能单一,与现代职业教育体系构建存在一定的差距。因此,要加强实施“岗课赛证”融通,引领构建现代高职课程体系,实现专业课程与岗位的真正对接。基于此,首先探讨“岗课赛证”融通的现状,并指出高职院校推进“岗课赛证”融通的原则及要求,进而针对“岗课赛证”融通下构建高职课程体系的困惑展开讨论,最后进行“岗课赛证”融通高职课程体系的构建方案设计。

In order to meet the practical requirements of the development stage of vocational education,higher vocational colleges must actively promote the integration of“Post,Course,Competition,Certificate”,and also adhere to the socialist direction of running schools to realize the characteristic development,so as to provide better services for students to become talents.However,the core courses of traditional vocational education are basically outdated in knowledge and single in skills,and there is a certain gap with the construction of modern vocational education system.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the integration of“Post,Course,Competition,Certificate”,lead the construction of modern higher vocational curriculum system,and realize the real connection between professional courses and posts.This paper first discusses the current situation of the integration of“Post,Course,Competition,Certificate”,and points out the principles and requirements to promote the integration of“Post,Course,Competition,Certificate”in higher vocational colleges,then discusses the confusion of the construction of higher vocational curriculum system under the integration of“Post,Course,Competition,Certificate”,and finally carries out the construction scheme design of the integration of“Post,Course,Competition,Certificate”in higher vocational curriculum system.
