疫情防控常态化,国际形势千变万化,教育国际交流工作受到多重影响。面对各种挑战和机遇,如何继续有效推进基础教育对外开放,加强中小学国际理解教育,培养综合素质强、具有国际视野的新时代青少年,值得所有教育工作者深思。因此,要紧跟国家大政方针,与时俱进,加快和扩大基础教育对外开放;要转变思维定式,开拓创新,促进多模式开展中小学国际交流合作;要汇聚优质国际教育资源,利用好海外孔子学院和课堂。

With the normalization of epidemic prevention and control,the ever-changing international situation and the international exchange of education have been affected in multiple ways.In the face of various challenges and opportunities,how to continue to effectively promote the opening up of basic education,strengthen the education of international understanding in primary and secondary schools,and cultivate young people with strong comprehensive quality and international vision in the new era is worth rethinking by all educators.This paper believes that it is important to keep up with the national policies,keep pace with the times in order to speed up and expand the opening up of basic education;it is necessary to change thinking patterns,explore and innovate,and promote multi-mode international exchange and cooperation in primary and secondary schools;it is necessary to gather high-quality international educational resources and make good use of overseas Confucius Institutes and classrooms.
