Construction and Practice of Ideological and Political Education in the Curriculum of Chinese and Western Pastries for Culinary and Nutrition Education

课程思政是一种构建全员、全程、全课程育人格局的“大思政”观.针对中西点课程思政教育设计相对不足、教学方式较为单一、教学效果不理想等问题.分析中西点课程思政观现状,确定改革内涵与思政元素,构建改革路径,不断修订和改善课程思政教学方法和手段,力求培养出适应新时代新变化的高素质和高技能人才.实现“烹饪+思政”的协同效应,进而实现学生思想品德水平、文化素养和职业操守的同步提升.

Ideological and political education is a“big ideological and political”concept that constructs a pattern of education for all staff,the entire process,and the entire curriculum.Aiming at the problems of relatively insufficient design,single teaching method and unsatisfactory teaching effect of ideological and political education,this paper analyzes the current situation of ideological and political education in the curriculum of Chinese and Western pastries,identifies the reform connotation and ideological and political elements,constructs a reform path,and constantly revises and improves the teaching methods and means of ideological and political education,so as to cultivate high-quality and highly skilled talents who can adapt to the new changes in the new era,and achieve the synergistic effect of“culinary arts+ideological and political education”,thereby synchronously improving students’ideological and moral standards,cultural literacy and professional ethics.
