饲喂复合微生态制剂对AA肉鸡生产性能、屠体性能和鸡舍内NH_(3)浓度的影响 被引量:2

摘要 旨在探讨微生态制剂对肉鸡成活率、生产性能、屠宰性能及鸡舍有害气体和养殖经济效益等指标的影响。试验将10000只健康AA肉鸡雏鸡平均分为5组,Ⅰ组为空白对照组;Ⅱ~Ⅴ组为微生态制剂处理组,其中Ⅱ组为乳酸菌处理组,Ⅲ组为枯草芽胞杆菌处理组,Ⅳ组为酵母菌处理组,Ⅴ组为乳酸菌、枯草芽胞杆菌和酵母菌复合处理组。根据日龄不同添加不同量的微生态制剂(0~21日龄1 kg温水中添加100 g微生态制剂,22~41日龄1 kg温水中添加200 g微生态制剂,酵母菌每吨饲料添加1 kg),连用41 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,复合微生态制剂饲喂肉鸡成活率约提高2.0%(P<0.05),料重比约降低0.05(P<0.05),屠宰率约提高1.34%(P<0.05),全净膛率约提高0.23%(P<0.05),胸肌率约提高0.24%(P<0.05),腿肌率约提高0.22%(P<0.05),腹脂率约下降0.06%(P<0.05),第30天鸡舍内NH_(3)浓度约降低8.58 mg/m^(3)(P<0.05),养殖经济效益约提高1403.14元(P<0.05)。研究表明复合微生态制剂饲喂能够显著提高肉鸡成活率和生产性能,改善肉鸡的屠宰性能,降低鸡舍内NH_(3)的含量,提高肉鸡养殖的经济效益。本研究为肉鸡高效健康的生态养殖提供了指导,也为复合微生态制剂在肉鸡生产中的应用提供了参考。 The aim of this experiment was to explore the effects of probiotics on the survival rate,production performance,and slaughter performance of broilers,on NH_(3) concentration in their house,and on economic benefits in breeding the broilers.10000 healthy chicken seedlings of AA broilers were obtained and divided into 5 groups,including Group I as the blank control group,and Groups Ⅱ-Ⅴ which were treated with probiotics.Namely,Group Ⅱ was treated with lactic acid bacteria,Group Ⅲ with Bacillus subtilis,Group Ⅳ with yeast,and GroupⅤwith lactic acid bacteria,Bacillus subtilis and yeast.Different amounts of probiotics were supplemented according to different days of age of the tested birds:100 g probiotics in 1 kg warm water at 0-21 days of age,200 g probiotics in 1 kg warm water at 22-41 days of age,and 1 kg yeasts per ton of feed.The test lasted for 41 d.The results showed that,compared with the control group,the survival rate of the broilers fed with compound probiotics was increased about 2.0%(P<0.05),their ratio of feed to meat was decreased about 0.05(P<0.05),their slaughter rate was increased about 1.34%(P<0.05),their total evisceration rate was increased about 0.23%(P<0.05),their chest muscle rate was increased about 0.24%(P<0.05),their leg muscle rate was increased about 0.22%(P<0.05),their abdominal fat rate was decreased about 0.06%(P<0.05),and the NH_(3) in the chicken house was decreased about 8.58 mg/m^(3) on the 30th day of the test(P<0.05).The economic benefits of the breeding was increased about 1403.14 yuan(P<0.05).To conclude,feeding compound probiotics could significantly improve the survival rate and performance of broilers,improve their slaughter performance,reduce the content of NH_(3) concentration in their house,and improve the economic benefits of breeding the birds.This study provided guidance for efficient,healthy and ecological breeding of broilers,and might serve as reference for application of compound probiotics in broiler production.
