摘要
旨在筛选犬胰腺常规磁共振成像(MRI)扫描序列,获得犬胰腺的MRI影像解剖结构图谱。利用1.5特斯拉(1.5 T)磁共振扫描10条健康本地杂种犬,采用梯度回波(GRE)序列、快速自旋回波(FSE)序列、脂肪抑制(FS)、磁共振胰胆管造影(MRCP)、平衡稳态自由进动梯度回波序列(GRE_BSSFP)、弥散加权成像序列(EPI_DWI)对犬胰腺的横断面和冠状面进行了扫描;对所获取的图像进行详尽的解剖学注释,对比了不同成像序列中犬胰腺、胰管等组织结构的显影效果,分析不同序列获得的MRI图像。推荐临床犬胰腺常规MRI扫描序列:横断面FSE、FSE_FS、GRE、EPI_DWI,冠状面FSE_FS,横断面对比增强T1WI,依此得到了一套较为完整的犬胰腺MRI影像解剖图谱。本研究结果可为犬胰腺疾病的影像学诊断提供参考。
This experiment was conducted to create an anatomical structural atlas of MRI images of canine pancreas and to explore the screening of traditional magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)scan sequences of the organs.Ten healthy dogs were scanned by a 1.5 T magnetic resonance scanner.Transverse and dorsal aspect images of the pancreas were archived by using several sequences which were gradient recalled echo(GRE),fast spin-echo(FSE),fat suppression(FS),magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography(MRCP),balanced steady state free precession(GRE_BSSFP)and diffusion weighted imaging(EPI_DWI).The developments of the canine pancreas,pancreatic ducts,and other tissue structures throughout various imaging sequences were compared,together with detailed anatomical annotation of the picture.After analyzing the MRI images from various sequences,the following scan types were suggested for the clinical canine pancreas:cross-sectional FSE,FSE_FS,GRE,EPI_DWI;coronal FSE_FS;cross-sectional contrast-enhanced T1WI,which allowed for the creation of a more thorough anatomical atlas of canine pancreatic MRI images.The results of this study provided a basis for imaging diagnosis of canine pancreatic diseases.
