科研经费对高校青年人才科研绩效影响的实证研究

An Empirical Study of the Influences of Funding on the Research Performance of Young Talents in Universities

科研经费变化直接关系到科研资源分配的结果,进而影响到科研资助的效果和差异。本文以1994-2018年间某研究型大学获得国家杰出青年科学基金经费资助的青年人才为分析对象,采用多期双重差分法探究科研经费额度的变化对高校青年人才科研绩效的影响,以及这一影响在不同学科领域和不同年龄群体之间的异质性。实证结果表明,科研经费对高校青年人才的不同绩效指标产生了不同程度的影响,在不同学科领域产生了不同的效果,对不同年龄群体也产生了不同的影响效应。研究结论对深入理解科研经费与科研绩效之间的关系具有启示意义,有助于完善我国科研经费配置政策,合理配置科研资源。

The adjustment of research funds is directly related to the allocation result of research resources,and then affects the effect and difference of research funding.In this thesis,the young talents funded by the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars(NSF-DYS)from a research-oriented university from 1994 to 2018 were taken as the analysis objects.An empirical study was conducted to analyze the influence of the change of research funding amount on the research performance of young talents and the heterogeneity of the above effects among various disciplines and age groups.The empirical results show that research funding has different degrees of impact on dfferent performance indicators,and has different effects in different disciplines,and also plays different effects on different age groups.Those characteristics are enlightening to understand the relationship between research funding and research performance,and are helpful to improve the policy of allocation of research funding and allocate resources rationally.
