摘要
本研究以建立高校毕业生就业预警量化模型为目标,通过合理设定就业影响因子,广泛采集调研数据,甄别和比较就业困难的高校毕业生在各项人口学基本指标、客观能力指标和主观心理指标上的差异性,分析得出就业困难毕业生的特征指标,从而构建出用以甄别就业困难毕业生的量化模型,并以此为基础提出建立就业困难毕业生预警体系的方案,为进一步做好毕业生就业工作奠定坚实的基础。
This study aims to establish a quantitative model of employment early warning for college graduates.By rationally setting employment impact factors,this paper extensively collects survey data to identify and compare the differences in fundamental demographic indicators,objective ability indicators,and subjective psychological indicators of university students with employment difficulties.As a result,the typical indicators of university students with employment difficulties were obtained through analysis.Therefore,a quantitative model for identifying graduates with employment difficulties is constructed.Based on this,a plan for establishing an early warning system for university students with employment difficulties is proposed,laying a solid foundation for further employment.
