氧化石墨烯改性水性聚氨酯涂膜的制备与研究

摘要 采用3种不同类型有机硅偶联剂(KH-550、KH-560和KH-570)对氧化石墨烯(GO)进行化学改性,制备改性氧化石墨烯(KGO),再将KGO分散液与水性聚氨酯(WPU)XH-PU229混合,减压脱除溶剂后制得KGO改性WPU涂膜。讨论了硅烷偶联剂种类与GO用量对改性WPU涂膜性能的影响。结果表明,KH-550和KH-570对GO的改性效果好于KH-560;当KH-550质量分数为3%、GO质量分数为1%时,KGO改性WPU涂膜性能较好,拉伸强度为7.0 MPa,断裂伸长率为414%。 The modified graphene oxide(KGO)was synthesized from graphene exide(GO)with three different types of organosilicon coupling agents(KH-550、KH-560和KH-570).Then the modified WPU films was prepared by mixing the KGO dispersion and aqueous polyurethane(WPU)and removing the solvent under reduced pressure.The effects of silane coupling agent type and GO amount on the properties of modified WPU film were discussed.The results showed that KH-550 and KH-570 had better modification effect on GO than KH-560.When the mass fraction of KH-550 was 3%and the mass fraction of GO was 1%,the KGO-modified WPU film had good properties,the tensile strength was 7.0 MPa and the elongation at break was 414%.
