全塑型聚氨酯塑胶跑道密度的影响因素研究

摘要 合成了一系列环保型双组分聚氨酯浆料并制备了全塑型聚氨酯(PU)塑胶样块,系统地研究了浆料A料中重钙用量、发泡催化剂用量、凝胶催化剂用量、水用量及环境温度等对全塑型聚氨酯塑胶跑道密度的影响。结果表明,制备的PU塑胶样块密度随着重钙、凝胶催化剂用量的增加而升高,随着水分以及发泡催化剂用量的增加而降低,随着环境温度的升高而降低。 A series of environment-friendly two-component polyurethane resin slurry were synthesized and all-plastic polyurethane track sample blocks were prepared.The effects of the amount of heavy calcium carbonate in slurry A,foaming catalyst,gel catalyst,water and ambient temperature on the density of the all-plastic polyurethane track were studied.The results showed that the density of the PU sample blocks increased with the increase of the amount of heavy calcium carbonate and gel catalyst,decreased with the increase of water and foam catalyst dosage,and ambient temperature.
