快固型亲水性聚氨酯弹性体的性能影响因素研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用预聚体法合成了一种快速固化、亲水性聚醚型聚氨酯弹性体。研究了亲水性聚醚多元醇配比、异氰酸酯种类、NCO含量、扩链剂种类和催化剂用量等对聚氨酯弹性体力学性能与遇水膨胀性能的影响。结果表明:当聚醚多元醇PL23与PL34的质量比为80/20,采用TDI-100为二异氰酸酯原料,预聚体的NCO质量分数为3.0%,以二乙基甲苯二胺(DETDA)为扩链剂与聚醚混合配制固化剂组分,且催化剂质量分数为0.15%时,所制备的聚氨酯弹性体综合性能最好。 A fast curing polyether type polyurethane elastomer with hydrophilicity was synthesized using prepolymer method.The effects of the ratio of hydrophilic polyether polyol,the type of isocyanate,the content of NCO,the type of chain extender,the amount of catalyst on the mechanical properties and water swelling properties of polyurethane elastomer were studied.The results showed that,when the mass ratio of polyether polyol PL23/PL34 was 80/20,TDI-100 was used as diisocyanate raw material,NCO mass fraction of prepolymer was 3.0%,chain extender DETDA and polyether were mixed to prepare curing agent component,and the amount of catalyst was 0.15%,the comprehensive performance of polyurethane elastomer prepared was the best.
