摘要
随着数字中国战略的提出,高密度城市正加速进行绿色基础设施和公园管理服务的数字化建设。研究国内外公园数字化管治场景和评估指标,依据采集、治理、应用的数据管理流程和应用场景,构建包含多源感知(Perception)、综合管理(Management)、信息互联(Interaction)、分析决策(Wisdom)4个维度共48项指标的公园数字化管治评估体系,通过专家打分确定各层级指标权重,根据数字公园的建设情况提出适合不同发展阶段的动态评估方法,并结合上海市的典型公园进行初步实证评估,为科学认知数字公园建设情况、优化数字公园规划设计提供参考。
With the proposal of the Digital China strategy,high-density cities are accelerating the digital construction of green infrastructure and park management services.The governance scenarios and evaluation index in domestic and international digital parks are studied.Based on the collection,governance,and application processes in data management,a digital park governance assessment system with 48 indexes is constructed,including four dimensions:perception,management,interaction,and wisdom.Then calculate the weight of indexes at each level through expert scoring.According to the construction situation of the digital park,a dynamic assessment method suitable for the different development stages of digital parks is proposed.It makes a preliminary empirical evaluation combined with the typical parks in Shanghai,which provides a reference for understanding the construction of digital parks and optimizing the planning and design of digital parks.
