本文介绍了白银有色集团西北铅锌冶炼厂焙烧系统配套的烟气制酸系统中阳极保护酸冷却器的工作原理及构成,并就阳极保护酸冷却器出现腐蚀泄漏现象且无法及时有效发现处理的问题进行分析,从监测技术方面提出了有效的改造方案,将漏酸报警装置应用于实际生产中,能及时发现阳极保护酸冷却器泄漏,降低了设备的损坏率和水资源污染,保证了生产系统的平稳运行。

This paper introduces the working principle and composition of the anodic protection acid cool-er in the flue gas acid production system of the roasting system in the northwest Lead and zinc smelter of Baiyin Nonferrous Metals Group,and analyzes the corrosion leakage phenomenon of the anodic protection acid cooler and the problems that can not be found and treated effectively in time.From the aspect of mo-nitoring technology,an effective reform scheme is proposed,and the acid leakage alarm device is applied in actual production.It can detect the leakage of anode protection acid cooler in time,reduce the damage rate of equipment and water pollution,and ensure the smooth operation of the production system.
