摘要
在科教兴国战略下,培育工匠精神是高职院校践行立德树人根本任务的现实需要,是培养社会主义建设者和接班人的现实需要,是助力大学生树立正确人生观和职业观的现实需要。通过分析工匠精神融入高职院校“大思政课”的关系逻辑、价值逻辑、实践逻辑,发挥课程“主渠道”作用、实践“底盘”作用、文化“浸染”作用,有助于培育大国工匠、办好思政教育、实现战略目标,使铸魂育人工作走深走实,以培养大学生的工匠精神。
Under the strategy of science and education,cultivating craftsmanship is the realistic needs to practice the fundamental task of cultivating virtue and morality,to cultivate socialist qualified builders and reliable successors,and to assistant students to set up the correct outlook on life and professional view.The analysis of the relational logic,value logic and practice logic,that craftsmanship is integrated into the great ideological and political courses gives the roles of the courses as main channel,the practice as chassis and the cultural immersion and help to foster big craftsmen,do a good job in ideological education,realize the strategic goal and make the soul education work go deep in order to cultivate college students'spirit.
