Study on the Emergence,Development and Impact of the Fourth Industrial Revolution--A Perspective Based on the Extension of Human Capabilities and Fluctuations in the Rate of Technological Progress

文章基于人的能力延伸的视角,对四次工业革命进行梳理。基于西方发达国家和地区科技进步速率波动,结合20世纪70年代以来大量生产引发的一系列变化,可以断定目前已经进入第三次工业革命与第四次工业革命交汇期。在两次工业革命交替之际,一大批“新赛道”涌现,对整个经济社会发展产生重要影响。第四次工业革命方兴未艾,我国应抓住机遇,抢占新赛道,布局新产业。

This article reviews the fourth industrial revolutions from the perspective of human capacity extension.Based on the fluctuation of the rate of scientific and technological progress in developed Western countries and regions,combined with a series of changes triggered by mass production since the 1970s,it can be concluded that the current period has entered the intersection of the third industrial revolution and the fourth industrial revolution.At the time of the alternation of the two industrial revolutions,a large number of“new tracks”have emerged,which are having an important impact on the overall economic and social development.The fourth industrial revolution is emerging,in this context China should take the opportunity to seize the new track and the layout of new industries.
