《中欧全面投资协定》对中欧贸易的潜在影响

Study on the Potential Impact of the Comprehensive Agreement on Investment(CAI)on China-EU Trade

近年来,中欧经贸往来日益密切,双边贸易额持续增加,呈现良好发展态势。《中欧全面投资协定》超越了传统的双方投资协定涵盖的范围,在市场准入和投资自由化、营造公平竞争环境、可持续发展等方面有重要突破,将为中欧贸易合作带来前所未有的机遇和挑战。文章重点就《中欧全面投资协定》对我国对欧贸易发展现状、发展空间、存在的问题进行了分析,探讨了该协定将给我国对欧经贸产生的积极效应,并提出若干对欧贸易的建议。

In recent years,China-Europe economic and trade exchanges have become increasingly frequent,and bilateral trade volume has continued to increase,showing a strong momentum.In this context,the CAI goes beyond the scope of the traditional bilateral agreement by making important breakthroughs in market access,investment liberalization,creating a level playing field and sustainable development,which will bring unprecedented opportunities and challenges to China-EU trade.Accordingly,this paper focuses on the current status,development space and existing issues of the China-Europe trade under the CAI,discusses the positive effects of the agreement,and puts forward some suggestions for promoting China-Europe trade.
