乡村振兴背景下数字技术赋能家庭农场高质量发展研究

Research on Digital Technology Empowering High-Quality Development of Family Farms in the Context of Rural Revitalization

实施乡村振兴战略既是补短板、强弱项的迫切需要,也是由农业现代化向农业农村现代化的重要战略。数字乡村建设是实现乡村振兴的重要举措。近年来,福建省永泰县立足生态优势和区位优势,持续推进数字技术的普及,积极探索家庭农场新发展模式,取得了显著成效。然而,在发展过程中还存在数字化未覆盖家庭农场生产经营全环节、农业个体户原始资金短缺、农业金融保险体系不完善、乡企合作分配制度不合理、商业模式有待创新等问题。据此,文章以永泰理宜农园为例,运用实地调研法与案例分析法综合分析了永泰县数字技术赋能家庭农场的发展现状,并提出了若干推进农业产业链现代化的建议。

Implementing rural revitalization strategy is not only an urgent need to leverage our strengths and tackle areas of weaknesses,but also a strategic expansion from agricultural modernization to agricultural and rural modernization.Digital rural construction is an important initiative to achieve rural revitalization.In recent years,Yongtai County,Fujian Province,based on its ecological and regional advantages,has continued to promote the popularization of digital technology,actively explored new models of family farms,which have yielded remarkable results.However,there are still issues such as low digital coverage,shortage of original funds for individual households,imperfect agricultural financial insurance system,unreasonable distribution system of rural enterprise cooperation and the need for innovation in business models.To this end,this paper aims to comprehensively analyze the development status of digital technology-powered family farms in Yongtai County using field research and case analysis,and puts forward some suggestions to boost the modernization of agricultural industry chain.
