摘要
《2023年国务院政府工作报告》提出要大力发展数字经济,提升常态化监管水平,支持平台经济发展。在大力发展数字经济的时代背景下,数字化转型已成为金融业焕发新生的重要驱动力。兴业银行作为经国务院、中国人民银行批准成立的首批股份制商业银行之一,也在数字化转型方面进行了积极探索与实践,从业务经营、数据治理、金融科技、风险管理、组织架构等维度入手,积极推进企业级架构应用,提高数字化转型发展质量。文章探讨了兴业银行数字化转型的实践历程,包括数字化转型的背景与动因、兴业银行数字化转型的主要做法与成效,进而提出了商业银行数字化转型的具体建议。
The 2023 Government Work Report of the State Council proposes to vigorously develop the digital economy,enhance regular supervision,and boost platform economy.In this context,digital transformation has become a vital driving force for the financial industry to rejuvenate.As one of the first batch of joint-stock commercial banks approved by the State Council and the People’s Bank of China,Industrial Bank has also actively explored digital transformation,vigorously promoted the application of enterprise-level architecture from dimensions of business operation,data governance,financial technology,risk management and organizational structure.In view of this,the paper discusses the background,motivation,practices and achievements of digital transformation of Industrial Bank and then puts forward specific suggestions.
