摘要
文章以武汉市下一代信息网络产业为研究对象,综合考虑产业集群产生的集聚效应和扩散效应,从产业发展基础、技术创新能力、产业规模和产业集群效应等四个方面构建了下一代信息网络产业竞争力分析框架;基于全国21个特大城市与超大城市的指标数据,运用K-means聚类等方法定量分析了武汉市下一代信息网络产业的竞争力水平,突出分析了其优势和短板。研究表明,武汉市下一代信息网络产业发展基础能力较强,在现有资源和产业基础上,城市的科技、人才和政策优势突出,以区域为基础的产业集群比较明显。
Taking the agglomeration and diffusion effects generated by industrial clusters into consideration,an analysis framework was constructed for evaluating the competitiveness of next-generation information network industry from four aspects,including industrial development foundation,technological innovation capability,industrial scale and industrial cluster effect;Based on the index data of 21 megalopolis and metropolis in China,this paper applies K-means clustering and other methods to analyze the competitiveness of the next-generation information network industry in Wuhan,highlighting its strengths and weaknesses.Research findings suggest that Wuhan has a strong foundation for industrial development.Furthermore,the city was endowed with outstanding advantages in technology,personnel and policy,and regional based industrial clusters are becoming increasingly prominent.
