基于大样本数据分析的老年人心理健康对养老质量的影响研究--以宁夏城市社区为例

Study on the Impact of Psychological Health on the Quality of Elderly Care Based on Large Sample Data Analysis--Taking Ningxia Urban Communities as an Example

摘要 为探讨宁夏城市社区老年人心理健康对养老质量的影响,文章以社会支持、自我效能感与主观幸福感的关系为着眼点进行研究,采用《费城老年中心信心量表》《一般自我效能感量表》和《老年人社会支持测定量表》分别对老年人的主观幸福感、自我效能感和社会支持进行了测量,共调查宁夏城市社区1400名60岁以上的老年人,并采用SPSS 19.0进行数据分析。结果表明:老年人主观幸福感与社会支持和自我效能感都呈显著正相关,自我效能感在主观幸福感与社会支持之间起到部分中介作用。研究得出结论:老年人的社会支持、自我效能感与主观幸福感具有相关性;社会支持既直接影响主观幸福感,也通过影响自我效能感间接影响主观幸福感。 In order to explore the impact of psychological health on the quality of elderly care,this article focuses on the relationship between social support,self-efficacy and subjective well-being.The Philadelphia Geriatric Center Morale Scale,General Self-Efficacy Scale,and Social Support Rate Scale were used to measure the above-mentioned three indicators of a total of 1400 elderly people aged 60 and above in urban communities of Ningxia,the data of which were then analyzed through SPSS 19.0.The results indicate that subjective well-being was significantly and positively related to both social support and self-efficacy.Furthermore,self-efficacy plays a partial mediating role between subjective well-being and social support.Hence,a conclusion can be drawn that there is a correlation between social support,self-efficacy and subjective well-being.In addition,social support exerts both direct and indirect effects on subjective well-being through its impact on self-efficacy.
