教育信息化2.0下的书院制高等教育信息化改革与实践

Research on the Reform and Practice of Informationization in Higher Education under the Academy-based System under Education Informationization 2.0

作为一种基于学生生活社区建设和大学生自主发展的教育管理制度,现代大学书院制成为一种新时代背景下的人才培养和管理的新模式,也是高校大学生德育方式的一种创新。当前,国内多所高校都在推行书院制教育改革,其核心目的是将专注育才的“学院制”,转变为专注育人的“书院制”。随着《教育信息化2.0行动计划》的不断推进,在书院制教育工作中,实现信息化改革也是必然趋势。文章从书院性质、功能、运行方式与意义等方面就教育信息化2.0下的书院制高等教育信息化改革方向与实践策略进行了探讨,并针对当前改革中存在的问题提出了若干对策建议。

As an educational management system focuses on the construction of student life communities and the cultivation of the independence of college students,modern college system has become a new mode of personnel training and management in the new era,and also a recent innovation in moral education.Currently,multiple universities in China are implementing the reform of academy-based education,the core objective of which is to transform the“college system”that focuses on talent cultivation into an“academy-based system”that emphasizes on cultivating people.With the promotion of the“Education Informatization 2.0 Action Plan”,it is urgent to carry out information reform of the academy-based system.In view of this,the article explores the direction and strategies of the reform of higher education under education informatization 2.0 from the aspects of the nature,function,operation mode and significance of academies,and puts forward several suggestions for addressing the current issues in reform.
