眼睑及眼周形态美学标志点及线性角度测量指标的研究

Research of eyelid and periocular morphology aesthetic landmarks and linear and angle measurement indicators

目的 归纳整理符合国内医学美学行业眼睑及眼周形态美学亚单位的命名与相关解剖基础、美学标志点及常用的测量指标。方法 参考国外英文文献35篇、国内中文文献27篇、国内学术著作2部、国内医学美学教材1部,对已有共识的眼睑及眼周形态美学亚单位的命名进行归纳,并整理了常用的线性测量指标及角度测量指标。结果 归纳总结出已有美学亚单位标准命名8个、美学仪表标志点标准命名与缩写13个、美学线性测量指标及角度测量指标31个。结论 眼睑及眼周的美学亚单位及标志点的标准命名是眼部美学测量与评估的基础,测量指标的比例关系也是眼睑整形手术美学设计成功与否的关键,为眼睑美容治疗方案的制定提供参考依据。

Objective To summarize and update the terminology of the eyelids,morphological aesthetic subunits,linear and angular measurements that meet the needs of the domestic medical aesthetics industry,as well as the anatomical basis,aesthetic landmarks and commonly used measurement indicators.Methods With reference to 35 English literatures abroad,27 domestic Chinese literatures,2 domestic academic works,and 1 domestic medical aesthetics textbook had been included.We summarized the common terminologies of the eyelid and morphological aesthetic subunits and aesthetic landmarks.Results There were 8 standard nomenclatures for aesthetic subunits,13 standard nomenclatures with abbreviations for aesthetic surface landmarks,31 standard terms for aesthetic measurement including distance and angle.Conclusions The standard terminology for the aesthetic subunits and landmarks is the foundation of the eyelids and measurement and evaluation.Besides,the proportional relationship between the measurement indicators is also the key to the success of the aesthetic design of eyelid plastic surgery.It also provides a reference basis for the development of eyelid cosmetics and treatment programs.
