眶隔重置联合眼台保留或再造技术在眶下区年轻化中的应用 被引量:1

Application of the septum orbitale reposition combined with pretarsal augmentation preservation or reconstruction technology in infraorbital rejuvenation

摘要 目的 探讨眶隔重置联合眼台保留或再造技术在眶下区年轻化中的应用效果。方法 自2020年2月至2021年2月,南华大学衡阳医学院附属第二医院医疗美容科收治睑袋伴泪沟凹陷畸形、要求保留或重建眼台患者113例,均采用皮肤入路,将完整的眶隔和眶隔脂肪重置填充泪沟。保持下睑缘眼轮匝肌完整并重叠缝合眼轮匝肌使下睑饱满,实现眶下区年轻化。结果 113例患者获随访3~6个月,术后睑袋及泪沟凹陷畸形均得到明显改善,眼台弧度自然流畅,达到眶下区年轻化的效果。所有患者均无感染、血肿、严重出血、眼睑退缩、睑外翻等并发症发生。结论 眶隔重置联合眼台保留或再造技术在眶下区年轻化中的应用效果确切,值得临床推广。 Objective To explore the application effect of the septum orbitale reposition combined with pretarsal augmentation preservation or reconstruction technology in infraorbital rejuvenation.Methods From February 2020 to February 2021,113 patients who were required to preserve or reconstruct pretarsal augmentation with lower eyelid pouch and tear trough were treated.The transcutaneous approach was chosen,The intact septum orbitale and orbital fat were used to fll the tear trough.The orbicularis oculi muscle of the lower eyelid margin intact was kept and sutured overlapping to get full lower lids and infraorbital rejuvenation.Results All 133 cases were followed up ranged from 3 to 6 months,and the postoperative lower eyelid pouch and tear trough were significantly improved,and the lower eyelid was full and smooth,achieving the effect of infraorbital rejuvenation.All patients were free of serious complications such as infection,hematoma,severe bleeding,lid retraction,and ectropion.Conclusion The application of the septum orbitale reposition combined with pretarsal augmentation preservation or reconstruction technology is accurate and worth promoting in infraorbital rejuvenation.
