“国际中文教育志愿者项目”关键成功因素及其对中文师资供给的启示

Key Success Factors of the “International Chinese Education Volunteer Project” and its Enlightenment for the Supply of Chinese Teachers

“国际中文教育志愿者项目”开辟了一条既符合国际惯例又具有中国特色的中文师资供给路径,逐步呈现体量规模化、分布集聚化、发展特色化、模式类型化等特点。基于关键成功因素的理论与方法,从遵循国际惯例的国别师资供给(环境维度)、发挥政府引导统筹的制度优势(组织维度)、保障项目运营管理的有效开展(项目维度)、志愿精神和个体成长的双重驱动(成员维度)分析“国际中文教育志愿者项目”的11项成功因素,并提出国际中文师资供给创新发展的四项思考:一是参考国际经验,探索国别师资模式;二是借力政府平台,注重各项资源协同;三是做好过程管理,构建规范项目体系;四是培育职业精神,重视教师专业成长。

The “International Chinese Education Volunteer Project”has opened up a development path of international Chinese teacher supply,which not only conforms to international practice,but also has Chinese characteristics. It has gradually present the characters of the scale of volume,the aggregation of distribution,the characteristic of development,the type of pattern,and so on. Based on the theory and method of key success factors,the 11 success factors of the “International Chinese Education Volunteer Project” were analyzed from the perspective of national teacher supply(environmental dimension) that follows international practices,the institutional advantages of government guidance and coordination(organizational dimension),the effective development of project operation and management(project dimension),and the dual driving force of volunteerism and individual growth(member dimension). Four thoughts on the innovation and development of international Chinese teacher supply were proposed:firstly,we should explore national teacher model according to international experience;secondly,we need rely on government platform and pay attention to the coordination of various resources;thirdly,we should improve process management and build a standardized project system;fourthly,we need to cultivate professionalism and attach importance to the professional growth of teachers.
