终身学习视域下艺术教育发展路径——以天津市老年大学为例

The Development Path of Art Education from the Perspective of Lifelong Learning——Take Elderly Education in Tianjin for Example

老年艺术教育是我国完善终身学习体系,建设学习型社会的内在要求。目前我国老年艺术教育仍然存在教育价值理念渗透不足、课程开设难以满足现实需求、师资不足、缺乏适切性教材、教学方式单一等问题。未来需要进一步落实党和国家关于老年教育的政策要求,通过整合多方力量建强艺术教师队伍,编制适切性强的老年艺术教材,建立需求导向的老年艺术教育课程体系,挖掘内涵饱满的老年艺术教育课程内容和丰富效果导向的老年艺术教学模式等举措来提升老年艺术生活品质。

The elderly education is the inner demand of perfecting lifelong learning system and establishing a learning society. At present,there are still many difficulties in promoting educational values,meeting real learning demand,enriching teaching resources and textbooks,and improving teaching methods etc. In the future,it is necessary to further implement policies of the Party and the country by integrating various art resources,compiling applicable art teaching materials for the elderly,establishing a demand-oriented curriculum system of art education for the elderly,and exploring rich content of art education for the elderly and the rich effect-oriented teaching mode of art for the elderly to improve the quality of their art life.
