摘要
文章通过调研分析我国高校图书馆微信视频号运营存在的主要问题,从方案设计与保障措施两方面提出面向短视频阅读服务的高校图书馆微信视频号运营策略,即打磨微信视频号主题内容、建立微信视频号传播渠道矩阵、开展基于用户画像的微信视频号互动、利用优质短视频快速引流用户、借助多渠道矩阵拓展短视频传播范围和依托全链路互动深化用户体验。
This article analyzes the main problems in the operation of WeChat video accounts in Chinese university libraries through research, and proposes WeChat video account operation strategies for short video reading services from two aspects: polishing the theme content of WeChat video accounts, establishing a WeChat video account dissemination channel matrix, conducting WeChat video account interaction based on user profiles, and utilizing high-quality short videos to quickly attract users, expand the range of short video dissemination through multi-channel matrices, deepen user experience through full link interaction.
