吞咽呼吸导引术在卒中后吞咽障碍康复中的作用

Role of Swallowing-Breathing Guidance in Rehabilitation of Post-Stroke Dysphagia

卒中后吞咽障碍是脑卒中发病后常见并发症之一,目前临床中常用的针对卒中后吞咽障碍的治疗方法多有自身的局限性。吞咽呼吸导引术创新性地将康复训练与传统运动疗法相结合并配以针刺,具有防病和治病的双重功效,对于脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者具有潜在临床康复价值。本文就卒中后吞咽障碍的常规康复方法、吞咽呼吸导引术及对卒中后吞咽障碍患者康复治疗价值作一综述。

Post-stroke dysphagia is one of the most common complications after stroke.The current treatments commonly used in the clinic for post-stroke dysphagia have their own limitations.Swallowing-breathing guidance innovatively combines rehabilitation training with traditional exercise therapy on the basis of acupuncture,with its dual effects of prevention and treatment,the therapy has a potential clinical rehabilitation value for patients with post-stroke dysphagia.This study reviewed the routine rehabilitation methods of post-stroke dysphagia,the swallowing-breathing guidance and the rehabilitation value in post-stroke dysphagia patients.
