甜菜丸粒化种子裂解及抗压特性的研究

摘要 本研究以国外甜菜丸粒化种子为材料,研究种子丸粒化材料裂解率、抗压强度、吸水率及发芽率等指标。结果表明:本研究中所用的7个国外甜菜丸粒化种子材料中,6个丸粒化种子材料的基础发芽率达到94%以上,5个材料的基础发芽率达95%以上,基础发芽率均较高;英国莱恩甜菜丸粒化种子裂解时间最短为31 s,裂解率和吸水率较高,其丸粒化材料对甜菜种子发芽势及发芽率没有影响;在符合国标的甜菜丸粒化种子中,先正达、Maribo、Strube、KWS的丸粒化材料可以促进种子发芽,丸粒化种子发芽率较其裸种子分别提高2.00、12.33、1.33、5.00个百分点,发芽势较其裸种子分别提高1.34、12.34、0.67、5.00个百分点。本研究可以为国内的丸粒化甜菜种子研究提供参考。 In this study,foreign pelleted sugar beet seeds were used as materials to investigate the disintegration rate,compressive strength,water absorption rate,germination rate and other index.The results showed that among the 7 foreign pelleted beet seed materials used in this study,the basic germination rates were relatively high,performed greater than 94%for 6 pelleted seed materials,and greater than 95%for 5 materials.The pelleted sugar beet seed of Britain Ryan had the shortest disintegration time,which was 31 seconds,the disintegration rate and water absorption rate were the highest,and the pelleted material had no effect on germination potential and germination rate.Under the condition of pelleted beet seeds met the national standards,the pelletizing material from Syngenta,Maribo,Strube and KWS promoted the seed germination,and their germination rates were 2.00,12.33,1.33 and 5.00 percentage points higher than non-pelleted sugar beet seeds,respectively;and their germination potential rates were 1.34,12.34,0.67 and 5.00 percentage points higher than non-pelleted sugar beet seeds,respectively.This study could provide a reference for the research on domestically pelleted sugar beet seeds.
