临床医学专业学位研究生培养模式的改革途径分析

Analysis on the Reform of the Training Mode of Graduate Students in Clinical Medicine

临床医学专业学位研究生是未来临床医学的关键人才,其学习水平、专业技能的掌握直接影响日后的工作能力,进而关系临床诊疗水平。目前我国临床医学专业学位研究生培养模式存在一些缺陷,住院医师规范化培训与临床医学专业学位研究生培养的并轨模式处于初期阶段,无论是培养内容还是教学方法均有待改进,加上随着各种疾病发病率的提高,临床工作繁忙,导致带教老师精力不足,对临床医学专业学位研究生专业技能掌握造成一定阻碍。结合临床工作实际情况和传统临床医学专业学位研究生培养局限性,对其进行改革是提高临床医师诊疗水平的基础措施,是目前亟须解决的关键问题。文章从实际出发,通过明确现阶段临床医学专业学位研究生培养的不足,提出具体的改革途径,以期提高临床医学专业学位研究生培养质量,为临床输送更多高科技人才。

Clinical medicine graduate students are the core figures of clinical medicine in the future,and their learning level and professional skills directly affect their future working ability,and then relate to the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment.At present,there are obvious defects in the training mode of clinical medicine professional degree graduate students.The combination of standardized training of resident physicians and clinical medicine professional degree graduate training is at an initial stage.Both the training content and teaching methods need to be improved.It will hinder the master of professional skills of clinical medicine graduate students.Combined with the actual situation of clinical work and the limitation of training graduate students of traditional clinical medicine,the reform is the basic measure to improve the diagnosis and treatment level of clinicians,and is the key problem to be solved urgently.In this paper,based on the actual situation,by clarifying the deficiencies in the training of clinical medicine graduate students at the present stage,specific reform approaches are put forward in order to improve the training quality of clinical medicine graduate students and to provide more high-tech talents for clinical practice.
