The Influence of Situational Simulation Teaching Based on MiniQuest Mode on Critical Thinking Ability of Nursing Students

摘要 目的分析基于MiniQuest模式的情景模拟教学对护生评判性思维能力的影响。方法选择蚌埠医学院第二附属医院2018年6月—2020年6月参与护理教学的120名护生为研究对象,2018年6月—2019年6月的60名护生为对照组,2019年6月—2020年6月的60名护生为观察组。对照组采取传统教学模式,观察组采用MiniQuest模式下情景模拟教学。教学结束后比较两组成绩,应用加利福尼亚批判性思维倾向测试(California critical thinking disposition inventory,CCTDI)量表评价评判性思维能力,采用调查表调查两组教学满意度。结果观察组的理论成绩与技能操作成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组CCTDI评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将MiniQuest模式的情景模拟教学应用于护生的临床教学中,有利于护生理论与技能操作成绩的提升,对于护生评判性思维能力的提高具有重要意义。该教学模式的应用下护生对教学内容更易接受与吸收,使其满意率更高。 Objective To analyze the influence of situational simulation teaching based on MiniQuest model on critical thinking ability of nursing students.Methods A total of 120 nursing students who participated in nursing teaching in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the study objects,60 nursing students from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the control group,and 60 nursing students from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the observation group.The control group was taught with the traditional teaching mode,while the observation group was taught with MiniQuest mode.After the teaching,the scores of the two groups were compared,and the evaluative thinking ability was evaluated by California critical thinking disposition inventory(CCTDI).The teaching satisfaction of the two groups was investigated by questionnaire.Results The theoretical and skill performance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).CCTDI scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of MiniQuest model in the clinical teaching of nursing students is beneficial to the improvement of nursing students'theory and skills,and to the improvement of their critical thinking ability.Under the application of this teaching mode,the nursing students can accept and absorb the teaching content more easily,and the satisfaction rate is higher.
