以微信平台为基础的PBL教学法在神经内科住培中的教学效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨以微信平台为基础的以问题为导向(problem based learning,PBL)教学法在神经内科住院医师规范化培训(简称“住培”)中的教学效果。方法选取2020年9月—2021年9月在滨州医学院附属医院神经内科轮转的86名住培医师作为研究对象,用随机数字分组表将住培医师分为常规组和研究组各43名。常规组采用传统教学模式,研究组采用以微信平台为基础的PBL教学法,比较两组学生理论成绩、实践成绩及教学满意度。结果研究组理论成绩和实践成绩均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组教学满意度显著高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以微信平台为基础PBL教学法在神经内科住培医师教学中应用,可有效提高住培医师学习成绩,提高住培医师满意度。 Objective To explore the teaching effect of problem based learning(PBL)teaching mode based on Wechat platform in the standardized training of neurology residents(referred to as"resident training").Methods A total of 86 resident physicians rotating in the department of neurology of the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and 43 resident physicians were divided into the routine group and the study group using a random number grouping table.The conventional group adopted the traditional teaching mode,while the research group adopted the PBL teaching method based on the Wechat platform.The theoretical scores,practical scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical and practical scores of the study group were higher than those of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The teaching satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL teaching method based on Wechat platform in the teaching of residential training physicians in neurology department can effectively improve the academic performance of residential training physicians and improve their satisfaction.
