摘要
目的探讨依托学习通教学平台的混合式教学在超声诊断学中的应用效果。方法选择2020年9月—2022年1月南昌大学第一临床医学院医学影像专业本科学生97名为研究对象,2017级50名学生为研究组,2016级47名学生为对照组。研究组采用学习通教学平台进行线上线下混合式教学,对照组采用传统线下课堂教学方法。课程结束后,比较两组考试成绩和教学效果。结果研究组学生的期中考试成绩、期末考试成绩和总成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组学习效果、学习兴趣、提升理论知识能力、提升实践能力、授课方式满意度及课程总体满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论本研究表明混合式教学能够满足学生个性化学习需求,提高学习兴趣和学习效率,提升教学效果。
Objective To explore the application effect of Blending Learning Based on Chaoxing learning platform in ultrasound diagnostics.Methods A total of 97 undergraduate students majoring in medical imaging in the First Clinical College of Nanchang University from September 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects,50 students from the class of 2017 were selected as the study group,and 47 students from the class of 2016 were selected as the control group.The study group used the learning-through-teaching platform to conduct online and offline mixed teaching,while the control group used the traditional online and offline classroom teaching methods.At the end of the course,the test scores and teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results The mid-term exam scores,final exam scores and total scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The study group's scores on learning effect,learning interest,ability to improve theoretical knowledge,ability to improve practical ability,teaching method satisfaction and overall course satisfaction were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.001).Conclusion This study shows that blended teaching can meet students'individual learning needs,improve learning interest and efficiency,and improve teaching effect.
