优质护理服务理念在脊髓炎康复护理带教中的应用效果

摘要 目的观察优质护理服务理念在脊髓炎康复护理带教中的应用效果。方法选入2021年9月—2022年3月在潜江市中心医院实习的实习护士34名参与研究,随机分为对照组和观察组,各17名。对照组采用常规方式进行脊髓炎康复护理带教,观察组在进行脊髓炎康复护理带教时应用优质护理服务理念。之后将两组实习护士的理论知识考核结果、操作技能考核结果、评判性思维能力、护理满意度进行对比。结果带教后,观察组的理论知识考核结果达到(93.05±4.77)分,服务态度、安全措施、文件书写、基础护理操作、消毒隔离措施评分达到(18.77±2.24)分、(18.23±1.11)分、(18.98±2.65)分、(19.20±2.37)分、(18.80±2.00)分,均高于对照组的(86.17±5.12)分、(17.00±2.78)分、(16.72±2.10)分、(16.75±3.59)分、(16.57±3.15)分、(16.08±2.56)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。带教后,观察组的寻找真相、开放思想、分析能力、系统化能力、评判思维自信心、求知欲、认知成熟度高于对照组,评判性思维能力总分为(261.31±3.47)分,高于对照组的(237.38±3.30)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。带教后,观察组的护理满意度达到了100%,高于对照组的76.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脊髓炎康复护理带教中应用优质护理服务理念可提高实习护士对理论知识的掌握程度、操作技能、评判性思维能力及患者对护理的满意度。 Objective To observe the application effect of the concept of high-quality nursing service in the rehabilitation nursing teaching of myelitis.Methods A total of 34 intern nurses who practiced in Qianjiang Central Hospital from September 2021 to March 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group used the conventional way to teach the rehabilitation nursing of myelitis,and the observation group applied the concept of high-quality nursing service when teaching the rehabilitation nursing of myelitis.After that,the theoretical knowledge assessment results,operation skill assessment results,critical thinking ability and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After teaching,the results of the theoretical knowledge assessment of the observation group reached(93.05±4.77)points,and the service attitude,security measures,document writing,basic care operation,disinfection isolation measures reached(18.77±2.24)points,(18.23±1.11)points(18.98±2.65)points,(19.20±2.37)points,(18.80±2.00)points,all higher than the(86.17±5.12)points,(17.00±2.78)points,(16.72±2.10)points,(16.72±2.10)points,(16.72±2.10)points,(16.72±2.10)points,(16.72±2.10)points,(16.72±2.10)points,(16.72±2.10)points,(16.722.10)points,(16.72±2.10)points,(16.72±2.10)points,(16.72±2.10)points.(16.75±3.59)points,(16.57±3.15)points,(16.08±2.56)of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After teaching,the observation group showed higher levels of truth seeking,open thinking,analytical ability,systematization ability,critical thinking confidence,thirst for knowledge,and cognitive maturity compared to the control group,and the total score of critical thinking ability was(261.31±3.47)points,which was higher than the control group's(237.38±3.30)points,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After teaching,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group reached 100%,higher than 76.47%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the concept of high-quality nursing service in the rehabilitation nursing teaching of myelitis can improve the mastery of theoretical knowledge,operation skills,critical thinking ability and patients'satisfaction with nursing.
