摘要
目的分析近10年我国护理教师领域的研究现状、热点和发展趋势,为护理师资队伍的建设和管理提供参考。方法检索中国知网期刊数据库2012年至2021年间收录的关于我国护理教师研究领域的文献,利用Citespace软件对文献作者、研究机构和关键词进行知识图谱分析。结果共纳入661篇文献;近10年我国护理教师研究领域的发文量呈波动趋势,年平均发文量为66篇。知识图谱显示研究作者和机构之间合作有限;研究热点为临床护理教师、教师胜任力和师资培训;研究趋势为在职培训和护理硕士专业学位研究生临床带教老师。结论未来需加强区域间的交流合作,加强护理教师的在职培训,构建护理硕士专业学位研究生临床带教老师的准入标准和规范化培训。
Objective To analyze research hotspots and trends in the field of nursing teachers in China in recent ten years.Methods Literature on nursing teachers were searched in journals from CNKI between 2012 and 2021.Using Citespace software,authors,institutions and keywords of the literature were analyzed.Results A total of 661 literatures were included.The number of literatures on nursing teachers were showing fluctuating trend,with the average number of literatures being 66.Knowledge graph analysis showed limited cooperation between authors and institutions.Hotspots were clinical nursing teachers,teacher competency and training for teachers.The development trends were in-service training and clinical nursing teachers of postgraduates of master clinical specialist.Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the exchange and cooperation between regions,improve the in-service training of nursing teachers,and construct the selection standard and training for clinical nursing teachers of postgraduates of master clinical specialist.
