摘要 目的探讨线上线下混合式教学背景下医学院校教师胜任力模型的构建。方法2021年8月—2022年5月,采用文献查阅法初步确定维度和特征指标体系模型,通过德尔菲法对模型进行修订,并通过对医学院校教师的问卷调查进行探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析,结合专家意见,最终形成线上线下混合式教学背景下医学院校教师的胜任力模型。结果该胜任力模型共4个维度,23个特征指标(17个通用指标,6个医学特有指标),所形成的指标体系模型拟合度好,信度高。结论该模型的建立将为医学高校开展相关的师资培训,进行教师教学能力考核,开展教学交流活动和教师提升自身的授课水平提供参考。 Objective To explore the construction of a competency model for medical school teachers in the context of blended online and offline teaching.Methods From August 2021 to May 2022,the widespread application of online and offline blending teaching has new requirements for the competence of medical college teachers.The literature review method was initially used to determine the dimensions and characteristic indicators in the competency model of medical college teachers.And then the model was revised by Delphi method.Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were carried out by the questionnaire survey of medical college teachers.The competency model of medical college teachers under the background of online and offline blending teaching was finally formed after combining expert opinions.Results The experiment proved that the competency model displays a total of 4 dimensions and 23 characteristic indicators(17 general indicators and 6 medical specific indicators),resulting in a good fit and high reliability of the indicator system model.Conclusion The establishment of this model will provide reference for medical colleges to carry out relevant teacher training,assess teachers'teaching ability,carry out teaching exchange activities and for teachers to improve their teaching level.
