中医药类高职院校“双师型”教师认定与培养研究

摘要 高职院校承担着引领职业教育的重任,高职院校的高质量发展很大程度上依赖于高水平的“双师型”教师队伍,针对目前我国高职院校“双师型”教师认定和培养存在内涵不清晰、认定不明确、培养体系不健全、评价机制不完善等问题。文章提出了“双师型”教师认定和培养的原则,从中医整体观念角度构建了“五维整体”的“双师型”教师核心能力模型,包括以师德为核心的综合素质、以教学为核心的教育教学能力、以实践为核心的专业实践能力、以创新为核心的技术技能积累、以服务为核心的社会服务能力。文章简要分析了“双师型”教师培养的实践基础和路径,并阐述了“双师型”教师培养的实践做法,以期为中医药类高职院校“双师型”教师认定和培养提供参考。 Higher vocational colleges undertake the important task of leading vocational education.The high quality development of higher vocational colleges largely depends on the high level of"double-qualified"teachers.In view of the problems existing in the identification and cultivation of"double-qualified"teachers in higher vocational colleges,such as unclear connotation,unclear identification,imperfect training system and imperfect evaluation mechanism,etc.This paper puts forward the principles for the identification and training of"double-qualified"teachers.From the holistic concept of TCM,this paper constructs the core competence model of"five-dimensional holistic""double-qualified"teachers,including the comprehensive quality with teachers'ethics as the core,the education and teaching ability with teaching as the core,the professional practice ability with practice as the core,the technical skill accumulation with innovation as the core,and the social service ability with service as the core.This paper briefly analyzes the practical basis and path of"double-qualified"teacher training,and expounds the practice of"double-qualified"teacher training in our school.The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for the identification and training of"double-qualified"teachers in TCM higher vocational colleges.
