健康所系,性命相托,高等院校在培育医学人才的首要任务是立德树人。德才兼备的医学生承载着国家未来医学事业的发展,他们是社会的未来,是国家和民族的希望。课程思政在医学院校专业课的授课过程中不断深化,但医学生在临床实践中缺乏对课程思政的深入学习,将在一定程度上影响学生的精准临床诊疗思维。通过加强课程思政的顶层设计,完善思政教学体系建设;提升教师的思政授课能力;创新发展显微外科的思政育人模式,搭建专科化育人新平台等举措,探索显微外科课程思政育人的有效路径。因此,加强医学生课程思政的显微外科临床实践教学,构建思政教育与专业知识有机融合,深化医学伦理知识,构建和谐的医患关系,对培养医德高尚、医术精湛的新时代合格医学人才具有重要意义。

Health depends on life.When cultivating medical talents in colleges and universities,the primary task is to cultivate moral people.Medical students with both political integrity and ability bear the development of the country's future medical career,the future of society,and the hope of the country and the nation.Course ideology and politics are continuously deepened in the teaching process of professional courses in medical colleges,but medical students lack in-depth study of course ideology and politics in clinical practice,which will affect students'accurate clinical diagnosis and treatment thinking to a certain extent.By strengthening the top-level design of ideological and political courses,improving the construction of the ideological and political teaching system;improving teachers'ideological and political teaching ability;innovating and developing the ideological and political education model of microsurgery,and building a new platform for specialized education,we explore effective paths for ideological and political education in microsurgery courses.Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen the clinical practice teaching of microsurgery in ideological and political courses for medical students,build an organic integration of ideological and political education and professional knowledge,deepen medical ethics knowledge,build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship,and cultivate qualified medical talents in the new era with noble medical ethics and superb medical skills.
