China's medical logistics industry is developing rapidly, and the demand for medical logistics talents is big. However, there is an extreme shortage of medical logistics talents.Medical logistics talents can be divided into logistics personnel, assistant logistics personnel,middle-level managers, senior managers.Middle-level managers and senior managers play a vital role in the development of China's medical logistics industry.Universities are the main force to cultivate middle-level managers and senior managers, but few universities can cultivate senior professionals who understand both medicine and logistics. To promote the improvement of China's medical logistics and cultivate high-quality medical logistics talents, this paper puts forward the"Trinity practical education"training mode, including strengthening school practice, expanding out-of-school practice, and advocating competition practice.Practice shows that this mode can significantly improve students'comprehensive quality and achieve remarkable results in education.Based on the results, some suggestions for China's medical logistics education were proposed.
